| General Guidance (Wellness Use Only): |
| Administer full 1ml dose every 6 months (or every 3–4 months if deficiency confirmed). |
| ⚠️ Do not exceed recommended dosage – Vitamin D is fat-soluble and stored in the body. |
| 100% absorption via injection. |
| Important Notes: |
| Stop oral Vitamin D supplements 4 weeks before injection. |
| Do not take Vitamin D supplements or multivitamins containing Vitamin D after injection (risk of toxicity). |
| Overdose symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, constipation, fatigue, dehydration, kidney issues, or heart rhythm problems. |
